This notice explains what Rowanhill Nutrition, LLC does with information collected through sodaslimsupplement.com. It applies to this website only. The checkout is operated by our payment provider and is governed by the notice you are shown there.
Information we collect
When you place an order we receive your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, together with the items ordered and the amount paid. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
When you simply browse, our host records standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.
Why we hold it
To pack and ship your order, to email tracking, to answer support messages, to process refunds and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a company selling dietary supplements in the United States.
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier receives the name and delivery address. Our payment processor receives payment details directly from you. Our email provider handles order and support messages. Nobody else receives your details, and we do not sell, rent or trade customer data under any circumstances.
How long we keep it
Order records are held for seven years to satisfy tax and product-traceability requirements. Support correspondence is held for two years. Server logs are discarded after 90 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Your browser may store a single session flag used to remember interface state during a visit. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required by law to keep it. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with statutory privacy rights, including California, may exercise those rights through the same address at no cost.
Children
SodaSlim is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have.
