The window
Every SodaSlim order placed on this store carries a 60 day money-back guarantee. The clock starts on the date of purchase shown on your order confirmation, not on the date the parcel arrives. A request made on day 60 is inside the window; a request on day 61 is not.
What is covered
The full product price of every bottle in the order, whether the bottles are sealed, opened, part used or empty. We do not require you to prove you took the capsules and we do not require a reason for the return.
Original outbound shipping charges, where they were paid on a 2 bottle order, are refunded only when the return is the result of our error.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] or call +1 (828) 507-2194 with your order number and say that you want a refund. We reply with a return address the same working day. Do not send bottles back without contacting us first, because parcels that arrive without an order reference take considerably longer to match and refund.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the order arrived damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered. In those cases we cover the postage and, if you prefer, reship at our expense instead of refunding.
When the money arrives
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within one business day of the returned parcel reaching our office. Card issuers then take their own time, typically five to seven business days, occasionally a full billing cycle. We cannot shorten that part, but we can send you the refund reference so you can chase your bank with it.
Partial returns
You may return part of a multi-bottle order. Bottles are refunded at the per-bottle price you actually paid. Where returning bottles takes an order below the quantity that earned a package rate, the refund is calculated against the rate that applies to the quantity you keep.
Digital bonuses
The six digital guides included with 3 and 6 bottle orders are yours to keep. Their stated value is not deducted from any refund.
