SodaSlim ships from Asheville, NC the next business day on orders placed before 2:00 pm ET, and takes three to seven business days to arrive inside the United States. Shipping is free on 3 and 6 bottle orders. Returns run on a 60 day window from the purchase date and opened bottles are accepted.

If tracking has not moved for three business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, tell us within seven days. We reship or refund. You will not be asked to open a claim with the carrier yourself.
Returning an order, step by step

We send a return address
You will have it the same working day. Return postage is your cost unless the order arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete.
Post the bottles back
Opened, part used or empty is fine. Send whatever you still have, with the order number written inside the parcel.
We refund on arrival
The full product price goes back to your original payment method within one business day of the parcel reaching us, and usually shows on a statement five to seven business days later.

Email is the fastest route for order questions because your order number travels with the message. Everything sent outside opening hours is answered the next working morning.
Calls are answered by the same small team that packs the orders, so you will not be routed through a menu or handed to a scripted call centre. If the line is busy, leave a number and we call back the same day.
